A 25 % non-refundable retainer fee is due at time of booking, remaining balance due 48 hours before your session. All session packages will incur a West Virginia sales tax. Diana Ivone Photography does charge a travel fee of $50 when travel is over 20 miles out of Charles Town, WV area.

• All sessions cover immediate family, there is a fee for added individuals. Extended fam package is available.
• All sessions include option to purchase additional digital images and prints products upon gallery delivery.

Diana Ivone Photography does charge a travel fee of $50 when travel is over 20 miles out of Charles Town, WV area. Travel over 150 miles will require a quote to cover mileage, meals, and hotel stay in city of session or event. Branding and Events must be paid in full at time of contract signing.
